May be used as security.

362.190. Bonds, notes, or debentures issued by the FederalHousing Administrator or insured by the United States governmentunder title II of the National Housing Act may be eligible assecurity for all public deposits in depositaries, or by publicofficials, departments of state, or any political subdivisionthereof, where bonds or deposits are required by law to bedeposited.
