State employee compensation deductions authorized for investmentby office of administration.

362.191. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the commissionerof administration may, in the same manner as provided in section 33.103,RSMo, deduct from any state employee's compensation warrant any amountauthorized by the employee for the investments in deposits in any bankwhich is located in this state, or has a state charter, and is insured byan agency of the United States government.
