Organizational meeting of directors.

362.270. Within thirty days after the date on which the annualmeeting of the stockholders is held the directors elected at such meetingshall, after subscribing the oath required in section 362.250, hold ameeting at which they shall elect a chief executive officer which the boardmay designate as president or another appropriate title, from their ownnumber, one or more vice presidents, and such other officers as areprovided for by the bylaws to be elected annually, except as otherwiseprovided by law.
