Deposits of trustee, how paid out.

362.480. Whenever any deposit shall be made in any bank,banking institution or trust company by any person as trustee, orby any person in trust for another, and no other or furthernotice of the existence and terms of such trust shall have beengiven in writing to the bank, banking institution or trustcompany, the same may be paid upon the check or order of saidtrustee, bearing his signature and containing the same words inwhich said deposit was made.
