Agreement binding, when.

362.690. At the time and place fixed by the notice each ofthe banks and trust companies shall respectively hold a meetingof their respective stockholders for the purpose of consideringthe agreement, and if the stockholders of each of the banks andtrust companies respectively shall at their respective meetingsvote two-thirds of the stock of their respective banks and trustcompanies in favor of the agreement, then the agreement shall bevalid and binding upon the banks and trust companies.
