No criminal or civil liability for pawnbroker exercising due careand good faith.

367.049. A licensed pawnbroker, or agent or employee of thelicensed pawnbroker, who acts, pursuant to the provisions ofsections 367.011 to 367.060, in good faith, exercises due careand follows the provisions of the law, shall not be subject tocriminal or civil liability for any such act.
