Titles, licenses and permits for pledged goods to remain in effect,void when--ownership passing to pawnbroker, right to retitle orrelicense.

367.053. Any title, license or permit for pledged goods shall remainin effect during the period of the pawn transaction and shall remain validif such pledged goods are redeemed by the pledgor, and shall be voided ifthe pledged goods are redeemed by someone other than the pledgor or whenownership of the pledged goods passes to the pawnbroker, who shall retitle,relicense or repermit such goods as otherwise provided by law.
