Violations--penalty.

367.200. If any person, firm, partnership or corporation towhom or which sections 367.100 to 367.200 apply, or any officer,agent or representative of such person, firm, partnership orcorporation violates any of the provisions of said sections orshall attempt to transact any supervised business whatsoever inthe name or on behalf of such person, firm, partnership orcorporation, while he or it fails or refuses to comply withprovisions of sections 367.100 to 367.200, each such person,firm, partnership, or corporation, agent, officer, orrepresentative shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
