Redemption of certificate of title--expiration or default, lendermay proceed against collateral.

367.521. The borrower shall be entitled to redeem the security bytimely satisfaction of the terms of the title loan agreement. Uponexpiration or default of a title loan agreement, the title lender mayproceed against the collateral pursuant to chapter 400, RSMo, and withsections 408.551 to 408.557, RSMo, and sections 408.560 to 408.562, RSMo.
