Office, location of--approval to establish or move, when--closing abranch office, notice.

369.054. Without the prior approval of the director of thedivision of finance, as provided in sections 369.010 to 369.369,no association shall establish any office other than its homeoffice. An association may move an office which has beenoperated at its present location two years not more than one milewithout approval of the director of the division of finance. Anyother office relocation shall be subject to such regulations asthe director of the division of finance may prescribe. Anassociation shall notify the director not less than sixty days,or in the case of emergency, as early as circumstances permit,before closing a branch office.
