Fee or service charge authorized.

369.159. An association may impose fees or service charges onaccounts; however, such fees or service charges are subject to suchconditions or requirements that may be fixed by regulations pursuant tosection 369.301 by the director of the division of finance and the statesavings and loan commission. Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, nosuch condition or requirement shall be more restrictive than the fees orservice charges on deposit accounts or similar accounts permitted anyfederally chartered depository institution.
