Association may own or control safety vault.

369.191. Every savings and loan association or savings associationsubject to the provisions of this chapter may for a fee or other considerationreceive upon deposit for safekeeping personal property of every description,and own or control a safety vault and rent the boxes therein. For purposes ofsections 369.191 to 369.212, the term "association" means any savings and loanassociation or savings association subject to the provisions of this chapter.
