Examiners, appointment, duties--attorney authorized.

369.279. The director of the division of finance shallappoint such examiners and other employees as the director shalldeem necessary to properly discharge the duties of the office.They shall devote all of their time to such official duties andhold office at the pleasure of the director. The director mayappoint an attorney for the division of finance to serve at thepleasure of the director and the attorney shall devote full timeto the work of the division.
