Hearings, how conducted.

369.304. The procedure in all hearings before the directorof the division of finance shall be governed by, and conductedunder, the provisions of chapter 536, RSMo. The director maygrant a hearing on any matter but shall be required to do so onlywhere so directed in sections 369.010 to 369.369. Unlessotherwise specifically provided by sections 369.010 to 369.369,any person who deems himself or herself aggrieved by anydecision, order, or action of the director may appeal suchdecision and may receive a hearing before the state savings andloan commission as provided in section 369.319. All decisions ofthe director shall be final if not appealed to the commission asprovided in section 369.319.
