Powers and duties of commission.

369.314. The commission shall:

(1) Approve or disapprove each regulation proposed by thedirector of the division of finance pertaining to savings andloan associations; and

(2) Hear and determine any appeal from an order or decisionof the director pertaining to the incorporation, relocation orbranching of savings and loan associations.
