Federal associations may have same powers as state associations.

369.364. Unless federal laws or regulations provideotherwise, federal savings associations with principal officeslocated within this state and the members, stockholders, anddeposit account owners thereof shall possess all of the rights,powers, privileges, benefits, immunities and exemptions that arenow provided or that may be hereafter provided by the laws ofthis state for associations organized under the laws of thisstate and for the members, stockholders, and account ownersthereof and all such laws shall apply to such associations andthe members and stockholders thereof. This provision isadditional and supplemental to any provision which by specificreference is applicable to federal savings associations and themembers and stockholders thereof.
