Credit union, how organized.

370.010. Any seven persons, residents of the state ofMissouri, may apply to the director of the division of creditunions, for permission to organize a credit union by signing andacknowledging in triplicate a certificate of organization andentering into articles of agreement, in which they shall bindthemselves to comply with its requirements and with all the laws,rules and regulations applicable to credit unions.
