Compensation not allowed for board of directors--approval of othersalaries required.

370.210. 1. No member of the board of directors or of thecredit or supervisory committees shall receive any compensationfor his services as a member of the board or committee.

2. No salary shall be paid any officer or other employee ofa credit union except such as may have been duly approved by theboard of directors.
