Purpose of chapter.

371.010. The purpose of this chapter is to assist andencourage the development and advancement of the businessprosperity and economic welfare of the state, to assist andencourage the location of new industries in this state, and toprovide for maximum opportunities for employment, and to theseends to establish a source of credit not otherwise available forthe promotion, development and conduct of expanded businessactivities in the state.
