Number of incorporators required.

371.020. Any three or more qualified natural persons, all ofwhom shall be bona fide residents of this state, who desire toassociate themselves for the purpose of establishing andoperating a development finance corporation may subscribe,acknowledge and file with the director of finance for approvalarticles of incorporation as set out in section 371.080.
