Forms furnished companies.

374.170. The director of the department of insurance, financialinstitutions and professional registration shall cause to be prepared, andfurnished to every insurance company doing business in this state, forms ofthe statements required by him from said companies, and he may make suchchanges and additions, from time to time, in the same, and in any statementsrequired, as shall seem to him best adapted to elicit from said companies atrue exhibit of their condition and management.
