Study on insurance markets--expiration date.

374.208. The director shall study and recommend to the generalassembly changes to avoid unnecessary duplication of market conductactivities and to implement uniform processes and procedures for marketanalysis and market conduct examinations which will more effectivelyutilize resources to protect insurance consumers. The study shall becompleted and recommendations provided by January 1, 2008.
