Expungement of certain disciplinary action records.

374.285. Except as provided in section 375.141, RSMo, all records ofdisciplinary actions against an insurance producer which resulted in aforfeiture or other monetary relief of two hundred dollars or less andplaces no other legal duty upon the producer shall be expunged after aperiod of five years from the date of the execution of the order orsettlement agreement by the director.
