374.351. The Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact isintended to help States join together to establish an interstate compact toregulate designated insurance products. Pursuant to terms and conditionsof this Act*, the State of Missouri seeks to join with other States andestablish the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact, and thusbecome a member of the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission.The Director of the Department of Insurance, Financial Institutions andProfessional Registration is hereby designated to serve as therepresentative of this State to the Commission.
