Time for compliance may be waived or extended.

374.425. The director may waive or extend time of compliancefor reporting requirements under sections 374.400 to 374.425 forany insurer upon showing that such requirements would cause theinsurer undue expense or that an unreasonable amount of timewould be required to comply with the requirements.
