Director's powers additional to others--rules and regulations.

375.1018. 1. The powers vested in the director by sections375.1000 to 375.1018 shall be additional to any other powers toenforce any penalties, fines or forfeitures authorized by lawwith respect to the methods, acts and practices hereby declaredto be improper.

2. The director may, after notice and hearing, promulgatereasonable rules, regulations and orders as are necessary orproper to carry out and effectuate the provisions of sections375.1000 to 375.1018.
