Insurance producers, limitations on negotiated contracts.

375.106. Insurance producers acting on behalf of an applicant forinsurance or insured shall negotiate contracts of insurance only withauthorized domestic insurance companies, licensed insurance * producers,foreign insurance companies duly admitted to do business in this state, orwith a duly licensed surplus lines broker.
