Director may order activities to prevent delinquency proceeding.

375.1162. Whenever the director has reasonable cause tobelieve, and determines that any domestic insurer has committedor engaged in, or is about to commit or engage in, any act,practice, or transaction that would subject it to delinquencyproceedings under sections 375.1150 to 375.1246, he may make andserve upon the insurer and any other persons involved, suchorders as are reasonably necessary to correct, eliminate orremedy such conduct, condition or ground. Any such order of thedirector may be appealed as provided by section 536.150, RSMo.
