List of insurer's assets to be prepared--filing--not needed, when.

375.1190. 1. As soon as practicable after the liquidationorder but not later than one hundred twenty days thereafter, theliquidator shall prepare in duplicate a list of the insurer'sassets. The list shall be amended or supplemented from time totime as the liquidator may determine. One copy shall be filedwith the clerk of the court and one copy shall be retained forthe liquidator's files. All amendments and supplements shall besimilarly filed.

2. The liquidator may reduce the assets to a degree ofliquidity that is consistent with the effective execution of theliquidation.

3. A submission to the court for disbursement of assets inaccordance with section 375.1205 fulfills the requirements ofsubsection 1 of this section.
