Audit of receivership may be ordered, when.

375.1230. The court may, as it deems desirable, causeaudits to be made of the books of the receiver relating to anyreceivership established under sections 375.1150 to 375.1246, anda report of each audit shall be filed with the receiver and withthe court. The books, records and other documents of thereceivership shall be made available to the auditor at any timewithout notice. The expenses of each audit shall be considered acost of administration of the receivership.
