375.236. Other provisions of law notwithstanding, the director maysuspend or revoke, after a hearing, the certificate of authority or licenseof any insurance company including a reciprocal or interinsurance exchangefor the same reasons and upon the same grounds as set forth in section374.047, RSMo.
