Restriction on ownership of certain assets not exclusively controlledby an insurance company.
375.347. Securities and other related assets not exclusivelycontrolled by an insurance company shall only be held by banks, trustcompanies, or securities depositories that are members of or regulated bythe Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Reserve System or theappropriate bank regulatory authority.
