Certificate revoked if judgment not satisfied.

375.430. Whenever any judgment shall be obtained in any of the courts ofthis state against any insurance company doing business in this state, andsaid judgment shall remain unsatisfied for fifteen days after execution shallhave been lawfully issued thereon, the certificate of authority or license todo business issued or granted to such insurance company shall immediately besuspended or revoked by the director of the department of insurance, financialinstitutions and professional registration, upon said director being notifiedthereof, and such insurance company shall, after such suspension orrevocation, be prohibited from transacting any business in this state untilsuch judgment shall be satisfied.
