Insurance director to take charge.

375.640. If the director shall apply, either at the time ofor after the filing of the petition referred to in section375.570, the court may, if the court deems it necessary,authorize him or a special deputy appointed for such purpose totemporarily take charge of the property of the defendant and toreceive its premiums and other income until a final decree isrendered.
