Amended articles, copy to be filed with director, effect of (foreignor alien company).

375.851. Whenever the articles of incorporation or articlesof association of a foreign or alien insurance company authorizedto transact business in this state are amended, the companyshall, within thirty days after the effective date of theamendment, file with the director a copy thereof dulyauthenticated by the proper officer of the state or country underthe laws of which the company is organized. The filing of thecopy shall not of itself enlarge the authority of the company inthe transaction of business in this state, nor authorize thecompany to transact business in this state under any other namethan the name set forth in its certificate of authority.
