Hearing on disapproval--action pending, effect on form.

375.921. The administrative hearing commission shall hearthe petition, and if it finds the policy form shall bedisapproved, it shall render specific findings of fact and lawdisapproving the policy form in that it is not in compliance withthe insurance laws of this state and does not contain such words,phraseology, conditions and provisions which are specific,certain and unambiguous and reasonably adequate to meet theneeded requirement of those insured under such policies. In allother cases the policy form shall stand approved. During thepending of any action all such forms shall be deemed approved.
