Owners of special deposit claims, priority.

375.974. The owners of special deposit claims against aninsurer for which a receiver is appointed in this or any otherstate shall be given priority against their several specialdeposits. If there is a deficiency in any such deposit so thatthe claims secured thereby are not fully discharged therefrom,the claimants may share in the general assets, but such sharingshall be deferred until general creditors, and also claimantsagainst other special deposits who have received smallerpercentages from their respective special deposits, have beenpaid percentages of their claims equal to the percentage paidfrom the special deposit.
