Plan not to be offered to general public--marketing restrictions.

376.1040. No multiple employer self-insured health planshall be offered or advertised to the public generally. No planshall be sold, solicited, or marketed by persons or entitiesdefined in section 375.012, RSMo, or sections 376.1075 to376.1095.
