Policies issued in other states may be issued to residents ofMissouri if in compliance with Missouri regulations.

376.1106. No group long-term care insurance coverage may be offered to aresident of this state under a group policy issued in another state to a groupdescribed in paragraph (d) of subdivision (4) of subsection 2 of section376.1100, unless this state or another state having statutory and regulatorylong-term care insurance requirements substantially similar to those adoptedin this state has made a determination that such requirements have been met.
