Director to provide buyer's guide--content--advertising of long-termcare policies to contain notice of availability of guide.

376.1112. The director shall prepare a guide that explainsthe factors to be considered in selecting long-term careinsurance and the consequences of particular clauses andexclusions. The guide shall be made available to the public andto interested organizations upon request. Any advertisement inthis state relating to long-term care insurance shall includenotice of availability of this guide from the director.
