376.190. Additional deposits required.
376.190. The director shall annually cause the registered policiesand annuity bonds of each company outstanding and in force to be carefullyvalued, and whenever the total of the actual net value of such policies andannuity bonds exceeds the market value of the securities on deposit, thecompany issuing such policies or annuity bonds shall immediately depositsufficient securities of the same kind and type provided for in sections376.291 to 376.307 to equal the net value of such policies and annuitybonds so that the market value of the securities deposited shall always beequal to the actual net value of the registered policies and annuity bondsissued by such company and still in force.
