Secondary mortgage market act, not to preempt health insurer, when.

376.308. No requirement for the making of any investment or holding anyasset by an insurer, health services corporation, health maintenanceorganization or other entity regulated by the department of insurance,financial institutions and professional registration pursuant to chapter 354,RSMo, or chapters 374 to 385, RSMo, shall be preempted by the provisions ofsection 106 of Title I of the federal Secondary Mortgage Market Act of 1984,as codified and may be amended from time to time.
