Regulation of the valuation of life insurance policies--may adoptNAIC model regulation.
376.676. The department of insurance, financial institutions andprofessional registration shall promulgate regulations governing the valuationof life insurance policies. The department of insurance, financialinstitutions and professional registration may adopt the "Valuation of LifeInsurance Policies Model Regulation" adopted by the National Association ofInsurance Commissioners.
