Life insurance company may reinsure for risks involving aircraft,limitation.

376.679. Any domestic life insurer or reinsurer may also reinsure, byitself, or together with other insurance companies, subject to anylimitations, approval or rules promulgated by the director of the departmentof insurance, financial institutions and professional registration, any riskarising from, related to, or incident to the manufacture, ownership oroperation of aircraft.
