Terminated coverage, reissuance of, premium set, how.

376.725. If the association elects to reissue terminatedcoverage at a premium rate different from that charged under theterminated policy, the premium shall be set by the associationin accordance with the amount of insurance provided and the ageand class of risk of the insured, subject to approval of thedirector or by a court of competent jurisdiction.
