Financial report, submitted to director, when--tax exemptstatus--immunity from liability.

376.750. 1. The association shall be subject toexamination and regulation by the director. The board ofdirectors shall submit to the director each year, not later than*one hundred twenty days after the association's fiscal year, afinancial report in a form approved by the director and a reportof its activities during the preceding fiscal year.

2. The association shall be exempt from payment of all feesand all taxes levied by this state or any of its subdivisions,except taxes levied on real property.

3. There shall be no liability on the part of and no causeof action of any nature shall arise against any member insureror its agents or employees, the association or its agents oremployees, members of the board of directors, or the director orhis representatives, for any action or omission by them in theperformance of their powers and duties under the provisions ofsections 376.715 to 376.758. Such immunity shall extend to theparticipation in any organization of one or more other stateassociations of similar purposes and to any such organizationand its agents or employees.
