Policy certificate front page to contain notice of right to return andreceive premium refund.

376.881. Medicare supplement policies and certificatesshall have a notice prominently printed on the first page of thepolicy or certificate or attached thereto stating in substancethat the applicant shall have the right to return the policy orcertificate within thirty days of its delivery and to have thepremium refunded if, after examination of the policy orcertificate, the applicant is not satisfied for any reason. Anyrefund made pursuant to this section shall be paid directly tothe applicant by the issuer in a timely manner.
