Copy of application.

377.350. Every corporation, company or associationtransacting business under the provisions of sections 377.200 to377.460 shall, upon the issuance of every policy, attach to suchpolicy or endorse thereon the substance of the application uponwhich such policy was issued, and which is made a part of thecontract of insurance, or referred to therein, or which may inany manner affect the validity of such policy.
