Waiver of laws, restriction on, when.
378.609. The laws of the society may provide that nosubordinate body, nor any of its subordinate officers or membersshall have the power or authority to waive any of the provisionsof the laws of the society. Such provision shall be binding onthe society and every member and beneficiary of a member.
