Director to receive deposits.

379.100. The director of the department of insurance, financialinstitutions and professional registration of the state shall receive thedeposits and securities required by the provisions of sections 379.010 to379.160 to be deposited with him, and shall furnish a certificate of suchdeposits to the company making the same.
